The shades are quality and I was instructed how to use them and how to clean them. Jonathon gave me a great education about the different kinds of shades, guided me to what I wanted and helped me with the color (which is perfect). Stephanie and Sarah were a pleasure during our communications and Sarah helped me with a credit card issue. Both women were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. As busy as you all are, I don't know how they maintain their ability to stay on top of everything while keeping such wonderful attitudes. Thank you!
